If your a Real Estate agent looking for the perfect closing gift for your client look no further, We will work with you to create the perfect personalized map of your city, town or desired location. Notes can be added and shipped directly to your client. Once you place your order we will reach out to you within 12-24 hours via Etsy messenger to collect the information listed below.
We will send you a mock up of the map before it is cut so we can ensure it is what you expect and will be satisfied with the final product. Once the mock up is approved, it enters the que for laser cutting and cannot be altered.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
We will review shipping options with you after order is placed to ensure they are appropriate for the size and urgency of your order. Additional shipping charges may be incurred for larger orders or expedited shipping options. Due to the current Covid Pandemic shipping times have dramatically increased for some areas. We will provide a tracking # for every shipment for piece of mind, however we cannot guarantee any ship times estimated by Canada Post, UPS, FedEx or any other postal service.
PROCESSING TIMES
Custom orders may take longer than the standard 3-5 days for processing. We will provide you with an estimated processing time when confirming order details. Processing times will be delayed if order details and mock-up approvals are not provided within a timely manner. Usually processing times is 3-5 days after the mock-up has been approved.

Custom and personalized orders
Yes, we can create a custom map of your city, town or any geographical area. Just send us a message with a screenshot of the desired area and we will mock-up a map for you to review. A screenshot of Google map view is the best type of image to send.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Our maps and prints are perfect for gifting and shipping! All maps and prints are carefully shipped in cardboard boxes with a layer of bubble wrap to protect the delicate corners. The sturdy plexiglass window prevents the glass from breaking during shipment and is also lightweight.

What sizes of frames do you offer for custom maps?
We offer both 10x10 and 16x20 custom maps in both white and black frames. We also offer 10x10 prints in white and black frames. On special request we may be able to accommodate larger map sizes.
What is the difference between a Map and a Print?
Our Maps are made from layers of laser cut wood, matboard or stainless steel. This layering of materials gives the maps their unique 3D effect.
Our Prints are high-quality, glossy, computer-generated photos that detail the intricate waterways and roads of your favourite places. Their intricate and minimal design make them perfect for any picture wall and can be printed in any color!
